Our Founder and Managing Director of Nikis Paper World was born in Mumbai and completed her studies in Nairobi. Namrata is passionate about her work she brings about rich 15+ years of experience in handling clients & customer services.She has worked with companies like Etech Global Services, Moksha International, IMS People Possible,She believes in listening to people and deeply cares about the relationships built with and clients, customers and employees
She is a professional who provides inspiration, motivation, and guidance to leaders and managers in a company she believes in building high levels of engagement with clients and customers and employees.Namrata is committed in establishing diversity, equity and inclusion and is keen to keep it at the heart of everything she does.
She is in charge of directing the company's operations to make sure it achieves its objectives effectively determining the company's strategic objectives and policies. Monitoring progress towards achieving the objectives and policies. She is on the Board and a whole-time committed to the certain rights and responsibilities.
Namrata is a strong believer in the incredible power of women, and has placed women at the heart of all her work. Through the various initiatives of Nikis Paper World in future and she seeks to empower women.

JAGAT THOBH

Jagat Thobh is CEO, at Nikis Paper World. He was born and brought up in Gandhinager did his schooling from St. Xavier's High School. Passionate about playing cricket & football. Jagat is a team player, quick learner and phenomenal mentor from the beginning.You can find him at the gym working out or playing various sports.
Jagat brings over 10+ years of experience to Nikis paper world. He has worked with companies like Etech Global Services, Vodafone & Finance company in Dubai. Gained in a wide variety of global roles. Throughout his career his passion is for creating and developing high performance teams. He develops high-quality business strategies and plans.
Ensure strategy alignment with objectives. Developing a Mission and Alignment, Jagat is responsible for establishing the company’s mission and vision. These elements provide the required framework for a growing business to reach the sky.
Jagat Maintains relationships with clients and customers by providing support, information, guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities. For project execution he is responsible for ensuring successful project deliveries. He knows very well what it takes to deliver absolute delight for our clients.
His leadership qualities and business oriented approach has remarkably. He never fails to delivery his best to clients and customers with a positive approach.He excels in facilitating solutions across all levels and departments and developing effective working relationships across geographies.

PARAG INAMDAR

Parag Inamdar is Vice President in Sales & Marketing at Nikis Paper World. He was born in Mumbai and completed his studies in Nairobi. Parag is passionate about his work brings about 18+ years of experience in handling client's & customer in sales and marketing industry highly influential and well-liked in the industry. He is smart energetic and never fails to complete his targets. He says that if you know three C’s then you are a king in the sales and marketing industry. The golden rule of sales is: pitch to people who buy what you sell.
His ability to understand clients and their business vision is commendable. He is responsible for Nikis Paper world business to business operations globally. He is energetic and motivational. Whenever you meet him, you never leave empty handed; you always learn something new from him. He specializes in managing the integration of sales, marketing, customer service, and finance functions are highly skilled at client nurturing and customer needs analysis, networking and rapport building.
Parag oversee sales operations and create sales strategies at the highest level within an organization. As the organization's senior-most sales leader. He is managing brand awareness, developing strategic promotional plans, and preparing marketing campaigns to attract existing. Parag set business goals and solve internal issues.
